If its your first time commissioning NSFW from me you are required to have proof that you are of age please have either a birth certificate or ID you may block out personal info with physical paper with your user and current date on it

You have the right to ask for updates of your commission please keep it to a 1-3 weeks~ an keep friendly chatting with me brief

I have the right to refuse any commission if it makes me uncomfortable or goes against TOS

If your wanting to commission art of a character that does not belong to you please have prof of permission (only for nsfw)

Please have a proper reference for me to work with I will no accept traditional artwork references at least have a fullbody ( does not apply to custom characters )

I take paypal, cashapp, an ko-fi

I take half of payment up front and the rest after sending a sketch

I only take cash for my commissions do not offer me anything else for my art in return(unless it is a trade of some kind), will result in a block/blacklist

I don't do refunds, you may back out if I haven't started on a sketch

You are allowed to use my work for ONLY personal use you may post on any socials with credit, commercial use can be discussed

Do not use my art to promote anything illegal or hateful

Please do not edit my art in any way or remove my watermark

Please give credit when credit is due

I will use post/use your commission for example of my work please inform me if your uncomfortable with this

Turn around is at least 1-2 weeks or less but at least give me a month incase other stuff comes up
