Terms of Service

General

  • Please have all necessary information prepared before requesting a commission.

  • I do NOT create NSFW content for clients under the age of 18.

  • You are welcome to request updates on your commission—please limit inquiries to once every 1–3 weeks.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable or violates these Terms of Service.

  • For NSFW commissions featuring characters you do not own, you must provide proof of permission from the character’s owner.

  • Please provide a clear and complete reference. I do not accept traditional art as reference material. Full-body references are preferred (exceptions can be made for custom character designs).

Payment

  • Payments are accepted in cash only (via the platform’s supported methods). Do not offer alternative forms of compensation unless we’ve agreed on a trade in advance.

  • Offering non-cash compensation without discussion may result in a block or blacklist.

  • No refunds will be issued after payment is made.

  • I take payments via Cashapp, Paypal,Vgen, ko-fi

Use of My Work

  • My artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial rights have been explicitly discussed and agreed upon.

  • You are free to post the artwork on social media with proper credit.

  • Do not use my art to promote illegal, hateful, or harmful content.

  • Do not edit, alter, or remove my watermark from the artwork.

  • Always credit me when reposting or sharing my work.

COMMUNICATION & TURNAROUND

  • I will use post/use your commission for example of my work please inform me if your uncomfortable with this

  • I will contact you with WIPs (work-in-progress images) and updates throughout the process.

  • My standard turnaround time is 1 to 3 weeks when I start on your commission, but please allow up to a month in case of delays.

  • I do not accept commissions with hard deadlines.

  • You can always check my queue for the current status of your commission.
